We ship Monday - Friday except holidays.
All shipments are made by UPS, FEDEX or the US Postal service.
All complete orders will ship within 48 hours of the order being received and payment information verification as long as the product(s) are in stock.
Cues Plus reserves the right to choose the shipping option at our discretion to try and provide the same, or better, delivery time.

CUES PLUS SHIPPING INFORMATION

We would love to ship everything to you for free but economics makes it impossible. So what we do is to get shipping rates directly from the shipping companies, ship only based on the weight of the product, product dimensions, and shipping address. Also we ship orders over $75 for free*! The great off-set, for right now until the rules change, is we do not collect tax unless the order ships to Colorado. So overall, we hope that with our discount on the product, no tax, and discounted shipping rates you will end up with a great deal! Please read more about our shipping below.....


Detailed shipping quotes: Add your product(s) to the cart and go to the shopping cart page. There you will find a simple shipping calculator. This will give you all available shipping options and prices for items in your cart at that time. 

U.S.A. SHIPPING
Shipping and handling is calculated real time via an interface to the shipping company (companies).
Orders over $85.00 UPS ground shipping to addresses in the continental USA is free* as long as the free shipping option is chosen and the weight of the order is under 10 pounds.
For custom cues, UPS 2nd day air shipping is free*, the UPS 2nd day air shipping charged by the shopping cart will be refunded if 2nd day air or less is selected.

APO and FPO addresses are shipped via United States Postal delivery. Country field: Always select "United States" from the drop-down menu regardless of where the recipient is stationed. Zip Code: Enter the appropriate ZIP code
If APO / FPO shipping is more then 15% above the calculated shipping rates, shipping will be billed at the actual shipping cost.
A confirmation E-mail will be sent with the new total if needed. (Only packages up to 70lbs. can be delivered to an APO/FPO address.)
Please note for APO / FPO Addresses the shipping time is for the US postal service to deliver to the military transport system only. IF transit time shows 1 to 3 days that is how long it takes to get to the military transport. The total time is reliant on the military transport system and will be more then the estimated time shown.

Laminated / Layered tips: If only ordering Laminated tips shipping is FREE by U.S. Postal Mail to Continental USA addresses. IF a handling charge is added to the cart and if you are only ordering laminated tips, the handling charge will be removed before payment is processed. (If also ordering other items, regular shipping and handling charges apply).

* UPS second day air on custom cues is free for the continental USA only
* Shipping for "big" items such as racks, bulk chalk, etc. OR very large orders may have additional shipping fees.
* Shipping is free but the handling and insurance charges may still apply. (Laminated tips no handling fee)
* Total required for free shipping is before any added tax (tax added only if order being shipped to Colorado) 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping to other countries, outside the USA the responsibilities for payment of Duties, fees, or taxes (IF ANY) belong to the recipient.
*** If total shipping cost is more then 10% above the calculated rates because of additional weight or more then one package, the actual shipping cost will be billed. If an additional transaction is required a contact E-mail will be sent for approval prior to order fulfillment.
*** On ALL overseas shipments: If the recipient(s) refuse to pay the duties and taxes the sale is considered final at that time. No refund will be made.

We do not ship to package/freight forwarding companies. If you order from us, and use an address of a forwarding company, the order will be cancelled immediately because of the large amount of fraudulent orders placed and shipped to forwarding companies.

GENERAL SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Times quoted are estimates and are subject to delay due to, but not limited to the following reasons: temporary inventory shortage, acts of God, weather conditions, loss in transit, carrier problems, method of payment, address verification, order discrepancy, non-receipt of order due to electronic or clerical issues, material shortages, or improper information. Cues Plus, its affiliates, employees, and suppliers are not responsible for damages caused by shipment delays.

Special Shipping requests: We will attempt to honor special shipping requests. I.E. Please leave order under car; Please leave order on front porch; Etc. But we can not guarantee the delivery agent will put the item where requested.
Orders over $100 will be sent with a signature required. This is to protect both the consumer and Cues Plus.

Q) What is the deadline for shipping packages around Christmas?
A) The best way to answer this question is to use the UPS shipping schedule at www.ups.com. But as a general guidline: Click HERE for a UPS Ground map. Do not forget to add in time for order processing, payment verification, and / or weekend and holidays.

Q) Will UPS ship to Post Office (P.O.) Boxes?
A) UPS will ship to some P.O. boxes. If you have had UPS deliver to your P.O. box then they most likely will in the future. If they do not deliver to your P.O. box UPS will send you a post card with your pick up location where you can pick up your package. If US Postal Service (USPS) service is available as a shipping option and you want to ship to a P.O. Box choose USPS.

Q) When should I expect my order to ship?
A) Instock items usually ship the next business day, although sometimes due to events outside our span of control the shipment may occur the day after. Out of stock items usually ship within 5 business days. Back-ordered items may take more than 5 business days. Special orders can take 8 weeks or more to be manufactured and will ship when completed.

Q) Why does it take up to 8 days for UPS ground?
A) We are located in Colorado so the best time in transit to some of the coastal locations is 5 days. Since UPS ground shipments do not normally travel on Saturday or Sunday this may add an additional 2 days 'travel time'. So if you order an item on Thursday and it ships on Friday your order will travel by UPS for a few hours on Friday and resume the shipment on Monday adding two additional days to the shipping time.

Q) If I order an item to be shipped by Second Day Air on Thursday will I receive it on Saturday?
A) Most likely not. UPS does not normally deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday. So if your order was placed on Thursday and second day air was selected, the best you could expect is that it will arrive on Monday. (Next Day Air usually will deliver on Saturday but not Sunday).

Q) Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
A) DEFINITELY!!!!!! We are proud of our military, families, and the others who work with our forces overseas. So YES we GLADLY ship to APO / FPO addresses!! For Christmas orders to APO/FPO Box Addresses:To ensure adequate time December 11th is usually the last date to mail items to arrive on time for Christmas.
