We keep our guarantee and return policy simple!

1.) We will take back any standard product within 30 days of purchase, as long as it is still in its original condition. Engraved cues are not returnable.
We take back cues that have been chalked also --- See "A.) Cue trial period" below.

2.) We will MEET or BEAT any legitimate Internet retailers' price!
(Excludes auction sites (Like EBAY), clearance items, used items, and businesses deemed non-reputable.)

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee terms:
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from cuesplus.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the new item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (Read "restocking fees" below), minus the shipping, handling, or other charges (On items shipped for free, the actual cost of shipping and insurance will be deducted from the refund.). Engraved cues are not returnable.

Our 30 day policy for pool cues has two parts:
A.) Cue trial period: 7 Days
B.) Unchalked Cue return period: 30 days


A Cue Trail period explained: Cue Trail period means for 7 days, from date of delivery, you can try out the cue. If you are unhappy with the cue you can exchange the cue for credit towards another purchase. BUT be careful of overuse, damage, and/or abuse. The cue must have a minimal amount of usage (Under 3 hours is recommended) and can not be altered, damaged, and/or abused. Alterations include but not limited to: Sanding, coating the cue with any wax, changing tips, etc.. Some examples of damage are: Chips in the finish, Dings or dents in the shaft, bent pins, etc.). We inspect each return thoroughly for overuse, damage, and/or abuse, please, do the same prior to shipping the item back. (NOTE: On CUSTOM CUES our inspection process is VERY VERY rigid! - [we also add a note to any custom cue that has been tried out; no note = never used])
On, or before, the 7th day, you must have the cue on its way back to us in order to qualify for this offer. After 7 Days, the cue will be considered used, and will not be able to be returned. You can use the try and exchange program up to 3 times! If you intend to elect this option you must get an RMA number (see below).

B Unchalked Cue return period explained: Unchalked cue return is exactly that, if you have not chalked the cue you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the cue. Engraved cues are not returnable.
If the tip has been chalked A above applies.
If the tip has been scuffed to remove the chalk the cue will be considered used and A above applies.

Please inspect the package for damage and make UPS, FedEx, or U.S. Postal Service aware of any damage. If the package is not damaged please then inspect your order for any signs of defect or damage. If you find any, let us know ASAP at sales@cuesplus.com!
Please inspect your cue for any signs of damage prior to chalking.



Special Shipping requests:
We will attempt to honor special shipping requests. I.E. Please leave order under car; Please leave order on front porch; Etc.
But we can not guarantee the delivery agent will put the item where requested.
High value orders will be sent with a signature required. This is to protect both the consumer and Cues Plus.


RETURNING ITEMS

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Return Policy
For purchases being returned:
Contact our Returns Department returns@cuesplus.com to obtain your Return Authorization (RMA) number and details including mailing address and procedures. RMA numbers will be issued within 3 business days and are valid for 10 days from date of issuance. If the item is not shipped after 10 days a new RMA number must be requested.
We are unable to accept returns without a RMA number.

To receive a refund or store credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping and insurance pre-paid in "as new" condition, in original box and packaging (as much as possible and if packaging is in good shape). Any variance from these conditions could result in delay or forfeiture of your refund.
For chalked cues returned within 7 days of delivery, you will receive store credit. Chalked cues returned after 7 days: No refunds/credits will be made.
Shipping and insurance charges are not refunded.
Refunds or credits are issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods.
Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.
All returns must be shipped prepaid.
Cues Plus will only refund shipping charges for unused defective or damaged merchandise only.
For unwanted items, the shipping, handling, and insurance charges are not refunded.

The item must be returned in good, like new, condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. If original shipping packaging is not available or damaged and you need to return a cue please use a 1/8" to 1/4" thick wall, round tube that is 32"-34" long. These are available at most UPS stations, carpet and drapery centers, art stores, etc. Wrap the cue in a minimum of several layers of newspapers for protection (small size bubble wrap is preferable). Inside the tube or box include your name, address, phone number, reason for return, and RMA number.

On ALL overseas shipments: If the recipient(s) refuse to pay the duties and taxes the sale is considered final at that time. No refund will be made.

Damaged or Defective Items
We inspect every item that leaves our warehouse for defects and damage prior to shipment so the possibility of receiving a defective or damaged item are very slim. Although, if you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a cuesplus.com Customer Service Specialist within 25 days at service@cuesplus.com. Please supply the Specialist with your order number, item number or model, and date of purchase. The Specialist will also need your contact e-mail address and phone number. www.cuesplus.com will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner (and cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping). Thirty days or more, after purchase you will need to contact the manufacturer for warranty repair on defective items.

If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact a Customer Service Specialist at service@cuesplus.com. Please provide your order number and date of purchase when you contact the Customer Service Specialist.

Used Items
If an item is returned used, an evaluation will be made and refund based on resale value will be made.

Abused Items
If the returned product has been abused it will evaluated and the refund (if any) will be applied based upon the evaluation.

Restocking Fees:
Since 1987 we have never charged a restocking fee, but the decision to charge a restocking fee is at the sole discretion of Cues Plus. Restocking fees can be as high as 15% of the value of the order. (All Domestic orders refused by customer upon delivery will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.)

Please note: Cues Plus reserves the right to not honor prices below our cost for price matches (buyer beware - if something is being sold to you below cost make sure you are getting the real item and not a counterfeit, used or damaged item. Also make sure the item is being sold by an authorized dealer - if you purchase an item from someone who is not an authorized dealer the company the product is from does not have to honor the warranty.

Laws and Dispute Resolution:
All purchases, contracts and agreements made are made under Colorado Law. In the event of a dispute the jurisdiction for resolving the dispute shall be Arapahoe County, CO. In the event of a dispute parties agree to seek mediation.

Times quoted are estimates and are subject to delay due to, but not limited to the following reasons: temporary inventory shortage, acts of God, weather conditions, loss in transit, method of payment, address verification, order discrepancy, non-receipt of order due to electronic or clerical issues, material shortages, or improper information. Cues Plus, its affiliates, employees, and suppliers are not responsible for damages caused by shipment delays.
